tribute.fun is a platform that allows creators to receive support from their fans and community members in the form of cryptocurrency gifts. Fans can easily gift crypto to creators using our Service, which integrates with Privy for authentication, wallet management, and transaction signing, and MoonPay for purchasing or transferring crypto assets.

We do not custody, control, or manage user crypto assets. All crypto transactions are processed through third-party providers, including Privy and MoonPay.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those related to digital assets and financial transactions.

Each user's wallet is managed through Privy. You are solely responsible for:

• Managing your funds and transactions.
• Understanding how cryptocurrency works before using our Service.

Transactions are executed directly via Privy, and once submitted to the blockchain, they are final and irreversible. We do not provide refunds, reversals, or chargebacks for crypto gifts or transfers.

5. Fees

We charge a 2% platform fee on all transactions processed through our Service. This fee is automatically deducted from the total amount of the transaction before funds are sent to the recipient.

In addition, third-party providers (e.g., MoonPay) may charge their own fees for processing payments, conversions, or crypto transfers. Any such third-party fees are separate from our platform fee and are determined solely by those providers.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators using tribute.fun are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable tax and reporting obligations related to received crypto gifts.
• Ensuring the accuracy of their wallet connection and payout information.
• Not engaging in misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive campaigns to solicit support.

We do not act as a financial advisor, broker, or tax intermediary. It is the creator's responsibility to track and report income as required by their jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Service to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Send or receive crypto linked to prohibited jurisdictions, entities, or individuals.
• Circumvent compliance, verification, or anti-fraud measures.
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and functionality on the Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
